Feilihua has been approved to establish the "Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base" in Hubei Province for the year 2024. This indicates that the enterprise has the qualification to recruit and cultivate postdoctoral researchers and carry out postdoctoral technological innovation practice activities.

In recent years, as a national innovative pilot enterprise, Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and Hubei Provincial Postdoctoral Industry Base, Feilihua has implemented the "Master's and Doctoral Recruitment" project, increased the introduction of high-level talents, and highlighted institutional and mechanism reform and innovation through the construction of postdoctoral platforms. Currently, 9 PhDs have been engaged in scientific and technological research and development work in the enterprise for a long time.
